VIDRS is not looking for reasons to deny your application, so please be honest and complete with your answers. If VIDRS has concerns with an answer, we will contact you to see if we can work with you to remedy the issue. These questions are not only meant for us to help assess you as a potential adopter, they are also meant to help you think about the work and changes a dog will bring into your life and how you will handle them.
